چکیده
Background: To explore the predictive value of endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcomes using pipelle biopsy examination during luteal phase menstruation cycle in infertile women. We also compare importance this factor with other potential causes infertility. Methods: This retrospective study included 279 women repeated implantation failures. All patients were examined treated at Intersono vitro fertilization (IVF) center. determine cause failure, an window (IW) was defined for all cohort. Examinations performed by three-fold aspiration biopsies endometrium as period is when most receptive implantation. Analysis tissue done scanning electron microscopy tissues and, based on results obtained, preparation protocol individualized next attempt. Statistical analyses Microsoft Excel (Office 365) RStudio software v. 1.4.1106. Results: According to 206 displayed a unique IW (74%), 73 had standard (26%). Patient characteristics, screening indicators, previous IVF treatment details, well number, quality, stage embryos transferred comparable between two groups. Clinical rates 59.2% (95% confidence interval (CI) 52.5–65.8) versus 57.5% CI 46.1–68.6) (p = 0.80), live birth 50.7% 43.9–57.6) 47.9% 36.6–59.4) 0.49) groups, respectively, did not show significant differences. Conclusions: Unique one underlying The personalization method improve outcomes.

modified natural cycle frozen-thawed embryo transfer in patients with repeated implantation failure: an observational study
background: natural endometrium in frozen-thawed embryo transfer (fet) may have some benefits upon implantation in patients with repeated implantation failure (rif). it might be due to possible differences between natural and stimulated endometrial growth factors and cytokins secretions. objective: the objective of this study was to compare the pregnancy rate of fet on modified natural cycle ve...
متن کاملMixed double-embryo transfer: A promising approach for patients with repeated implantation failure
OBJECTIVE The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of frozen mixed double-embryo transfer (MDET; the simultaneous transfer of day 3 and day 5 embryos) in comparison with frozen blastocyst double-embryo transfer (BDET; transfer of two day 5 blastocysts) in patients with repeated implantation failure (RIF). METHODS A total of 104 women with RIF who underwent frozen MDET (n=48) or ...

Reduced plasma fibrinolytic potential in patients with recurrent implantation failure after IVF and embryo transfer.
BACKGROUND Recurrent implantation failure (RIF) following embryo transfer (ET) is a major continuing problem in IVF. Women with haemostatic defects may be at increased risk of miscarriage and preclinical pregnancy loss. The fibrinolytic system is considered, at present, the key to new thrombotic pathogenic mechanisms. Patients with unexplained recurrent miscarriage have an impairment of fibrino...
